Not a great experience

When I got to my room, the A/C was broken, and they just gave me blankets. I found cockroaches in the kitchen, and it had a mold smell that made me break out in a rash. I had no choice to stay there because of the holiday. The place is dirty, and the staff didn’t seem to care.

I really appreciated how close I was to Joe and Tony Oliveira Park, which was perfect for a leisurely walk, and not far from Sunrise Mall, where I could grab a bite or do some shopping in between exploring the city.

Had a great stay with friends! We enjoyed the nearby Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark and The Children's Museum. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a chill spot for a group getaway.

I never even got to check in. No one working to book by me in. It was awful. Not staff at all. Had to sleep in my car.

We enjoyed our stay at Woodspring Suites Brownsville. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen that let us prepare meals. The staff was friendly and available to assist us anytime, which made our experience even better.

We loved the comfy beds and enjoyed our luck of being near the Children's Museum of Brownsville, which had all sorts of fun activities for the kids. The cold AC was a lifesaver during our stay, and we appreciated the proximity to shopping centers.

My kids wished for more towels during our stay. The room was lacking basic cleanliness, which made our time less enjoyable. A family-friendly breakfast option would have been a great addition, too.
